Registration

5th Annual Biocontrol Industry Meeting (ABIM) Lucerne, Switzerland October 25-26, 2010

Online registration is available until October 20, 2010. Registration online is possible only via credit card.
After October 20th, delegates may register and pay in cash at the registration desk in Euros (EUR 200.00 per person; no credit cards accepted).

Early registration until July 31, 2010: EUR 150. Late registration after July 31, 2010: EUR 180.

Registration is via the registration service of the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL). You will be directed to the FiBL website for registration to the 5th Annual Biocontrol Industry Meeting.

To help you organise meetings with your business partners, you will gain access to the list of participants in advance. A password will be transmitted with the confirmation mail. If you do not wish to be included on the list, please tick the box.

Plenary sessions

Plenary sessions will take place in the auditorium. Due to the growing popularity of ABIM-Lucerne, they will also be transmitted on screen in front of the auditorium and next to the exhibition.



Poster and stand booking

Registration of poster and stands is available until August 15th, 2010.

Stands will be available on a “first come – first served” base. Available space may be fully booked before 15th of August.

Poster and stand information

Registration of poster and stands is available until August 15th, 2010.

Poster / Stands

The whole exhibition will take place in the Lucerne Hall. The “Exhibition room” attachment contains a picture of the Lucerne Hall as well as a sketch of possible stand positions.

Stands

  • Please be aware that there will be no dividing walls between the stands. The stand position will be marked on the floor.
  • With your registration you can order stand material such as chairs, tables, electrical connections, free standing walls and spotlights. Please make sure to bring an adapter with you for your electrical equipment. If you need any additional material, please contact the conference secretary.
  • In early October we will send you a plan showing the stand position and inform you about setup and dismantling times.
  • A list of all exhibitors will be posted on the ABIM homepage with a link to the company websites.

Advertisement in New Ag International

Under an agreement between the ABIM organisers and New Ag International, the official partner magazine of IBMA, exhibitors at ABIM-Lucerne 2010 may place an advertisement in the September issue of New Ag International English edition and the October Spanish Edition, at the special rate of EUR 320 for 1/4 page full colour for each edition. This special offer is limited to 16 exhibitors and is available on a “first come - first served” basis. Booking the advertisement must be done through FiBL at the same time as booking the stand. The closing date for booking the stand + advertisement package is August 10th, 2010. The copy date for the advert to reach New Ag International in pdf high resolution by email to advertising@newaginternational.com will be August 24th.



 

Call for papers

To present novel products and results from applied research and development activities please submit your abstract to the programme committee by 1st of August 2010. Posters about biocontrol and products are also welcome.
